Currently, orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, with Express orders taking 1-2 business days. Your shipping option cannot be changed once the order has been placed. All orders ship from UK (mainland) unless otherwise noted on product page.

Shipping Within the UK via Royal Mail

  • Express Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Aims to deliver parcels, once dispatched, the next working day, with tracking to the delivery point. 

  • Standard Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Aims to deliver parcels, once dispatched, within two to three working days, also with tracking to the delivery point.

For Larger Items (e.g. lighting)

  • Express Shipping sent via Parcelforce express24: Delivery by close of business next working day once dispatched
  • Standard Shipping sent via Parcelforce express48: Delivery within 2 working days once dispatch

 

All Other International Shipping

  • Royal Mail International Tracked

Estimated delivery in 8-10 business days. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing on top of transit time.

International orders may experience delays in customs. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).

Please note that orders shipping to an APO address may be delivered outside of the standard shipping window.
