Currently, orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, with Express orders taking 1-2 business days. Your shipping option cannot be changed once the order has been placed. All orders ship from UK (mainland) unless otherwise noted on product page.

Shipping Within the UK via Royal Mail

Express Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Aims to deliver parcels, once despatched, the next working day, with tracking to the delivery point.
Standard Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Aims to deliver parcels, once despatched, within two to three working days, also with tracking to the delivery point.

For Larger Items (e.g. lighting)

Express Shipping sent via Parcelforce express24: Delivery by close of business next working day once dispatched
Standard Shipping sent via Parcelforce express48: Delivery within 2 working days once despatched

Shipping to the United States

Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days once dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing on top of transit time.

A flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 USD applies to orders over $50.00 USD. Standard weight-based shipping rates apply to smaller orders

US Import Duties & Taxes: Our USD prices include an estimated import duty uplift to cover anticipated US customs charges on your order. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Please note that while we endeavour to reflect accurate duty costs in our pricing, US Customs and Border Protection may levy additional processing fees or charges that fall outside our estimate — these remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over such additional charges and cannot guarantee their amount. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

All Other International Shipping

Estimated delivery in 8-10 business days. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing on top of transit time.

International orders may experience delays in customs. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).

Please note that orders shipping to a BFPO address may be delivered outside of the standard shipping window.
