Shipping & Delivery
Currently, orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, with Express orders taking 1-2 business days. Your shipping option cannot be changed once the order has been placed. All orders ship from UK (mainland) unless otherwise noted on product page.
Shipping Within the UK
Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. This applies to everything we sell, including lighting.

Standard Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Aims to deliver parcels, once despatched, within two to three working days, with tracking to the delivery point. £3.99 under £50 (£6.99 for rugs and mats), free over £50.

Express Shipping sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Aims to deliver parcels, once despatched, the next working day, with tracking to the delivery point. £5.99 (£7.99 for rugs and mats). Express is charged at all order values.
Lighting
Floor Lamps are delivered free at any order value. Table Lamps are covered by the £50 free delivery threshold like everything else. Lighting ships via Parcelforce — express24 for next working day, or express48 within two working days. Express delivery on lighting is £14.99.
Shipping to the United States

Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days once dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing on top of transit time.
A flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 USD applies to orders over $50.00 USD. Standard weight-based shipping rates apply to smaller orders
US Import Duties & Taxes: Our USD prices include an estimated import duty uplift to cover anticipated US customs charges on your order. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Please note that while we endeavour to reflect accurate duty costs in our pricing, US Customs and Border Protection may levy additional processing fees or charges that fall outside our estimate — these remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over such additional charges and cannot guarantee their amount. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Estimated delivery in 8-10 business days. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing on top of transit time.
International orders may experience delays in customs. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).
Please note that orders shipping to a BFPO address may be delivered outside of the standard shipping window.

It Starts with Golden Teak
The raw material behind our collection. Golden Teak sourced from Government-authorised sustainable plantations in Thailand before being transformed by the artisan group.
A Community at Work
Artisans work alongside one another in the open-air workshop, each contributing to the shaping and finishing of our teak utensils.
Shaped from the Start
.Each utensil begins with its shape carefully marked onto the teak, ready for the first stages of cutting and forming by hand.
Taking Shape
Freshly cut teak blanks begin to resemble the finished utensils, but there is still considerable shaping, smoothing and finishing to come.
Shaped by Hand
Each piece is individually worked by the artisan, gradually refining the shape and bringing out the natural character of the teak.
Refining Each Piece
The shaping continues by hand, carefully refining the curves and edges that make each finished utensil comfortable to hold and use.
The Finishing Touches
Each utensil is carefully smoothed and finished by hand, removing rough edges and preparing the teak for its final polish.

The final smoothing reveals the grain and warmth of the Golden Teak, completing a utensil individually shaped, finished and polished by hand.
