Why It Works

- Charcoal finish brings depth, contrast and artisan character to the room
- A versatile accent piece for tranquil styling, gifting and everyday home ambience
Material & Finish
Made from clay and rice husk, this handcrafted tealight holder combines practical use with the individuality that gives artisan ceramics their character. It is created using traditional firing methods, with rice husk used during the process to help influence colouring and subtle surface variation. As a by-product of the rice harvest in South East Asia, rice husk also gives practical second use to a material that might otherwise be discarded, adding a distinctive material story to the finished piece.
